1 Change of Mind Returns

We gladly accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, with the seal intact and the product unused. Due to hygiene standards and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

2 Items That Cannot Be Returned

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Products not purchased directly from our official website

If your item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly regarding their returns process.

3 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please reach out to our team at info@platinumcosmetics.com.au with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We’ll provide you with simple instructions on how to return your item and process your refund. Please note that return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

 Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.

4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
